Exceptionally beautiful location. The mineral water is very soothing, warm, and enjoyable. The facility grounds are beautiful and simply magical, almost whimsical. Booking and reservation changes can be smooth or challenging depending on contact communications with 'the BOT' or a real person. We enjoy our repeated stays and will go back soon.

My wife and I could not have had a better stay here. Everything about this place was perfect. Interacting with the AI text was different but worked out perfectly well. We had a very nice room that was clean and well kept up. The bed was comfortable as well. The pool was warm and inviting and the two jacuzzies were excellent as well. The indoor jacuzzi had powerful jets. There is staff on site, and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Some tips I would suggest for others - I use a CPAP machine while I sleep, and I brought along an extension cord so that I could have an outlet nearby. That was a big help. There is a Keurig coffee machine in the common area with plentiful coffee pods. I brought along some breakfast food for the morning I was there. If you like sushi there is an excellent place about 5 minutes driving time from there. The music on the grounds was soothing and peaceful and really makes for a nice stay. An added bonus are the other guests who very friendly and had helpful tips as well. We look forward to returning soon!
